Skill Definition: Tolerance represents an individual's resistance to most drugs and alcohol. Though it can be built up by practice if an individual so chooses, the skill more commonly represents an innate factor.
Common Uses: Those who have the skill have an improved chance of resisting poisons and drugs. They are also, in general, able to drink about anybody else under the table.
Rule Information
Rule Notes: Tolerance is always rolled whenever an individual is poisoned or unwillingly partakes of a drug; if the tolerance roll exceeds the quality of the poison/drug, the individual is able to suffer a milder form of its effects, as laid out specifically for each substance. Note that the poison/drug will still need to be cured later on with the use of Pharmacy. Tolerance can also be applied for drinking contests, though individuals should feel free to simply RP a night of boozing however they please.
