If you're new here and looking for a good place to get started looking through the wiki, here's some pointers. It's a lengthy list, yes, and when you first see it you might think "Oh my God, I have to read all that just to play a game? It's worse than a college textbook."
Well... yeah, there's a lot. But you don't have to read it all right now. You may not need to read it all at all--many people prefer to familiarize themselves with the finer details of the MUSH one they're actually on the grid. You may find, however, that the information on these pages is the sort of everyday thing you'll come to recognize readily over time. Also, it's a handy little key when you're building a character around one of these ideas, and need to know what you're looking at. ;-)
Player Protocol - Probably the only must-read on this list, this page explains the rules players on Elan Vital are expected to live by.
House Stocklin - Explains about House Stocklin, its goals, its hierarchy, etc.
House Petakova - Same thing as above, only for the other House.
Titania Militia - This page contains the details on Titania's militia, the different divisions of it, and what's expected of those divisions.
The Masks - Talks about Titania's most prominent underworld organization. It should be noted that we're not currently accepting applications for Mask characters, but if you would like to play a "freelancer" underworld character, you should probably be familiar with the information on this page.
Education - Explains about the education venues offered (or required!) to Titania's citizens.
Society - This page is an accurate overview of what Titania's society is like on the whole.
Religion - This explains about the religions commonly practiced in Titania.
Celestians - Explains who Celestians are, how they came about, and what kind of things they can do.
History of Titania - A general overview of Titania's history.
Daily Life in Petakova - This page talks about what it's like for the average Petakovan.
Daily Life in Stocklin - Same thing as above for Stockliners.
Systems - Here's some OOC information on the systems Elan Vital MUSH uses.
Basic Commands - These are basic MUSH commands used here that you might find come in handy during gameplay.
Your First Scene - A step-by-step "Walkthrough" of your first scene, the commands involved, and the kind of etiquette that's generally seen.
