Article: The new Interim Amera, Gordon Stocklin, today released his first address. Recorded in full 3D for those users of the VirSys who want to get up close and personal with the speech, in 2D for those of the screen-watching persuasion, as pure audio for those who just like to listen... and on paper for Petakovans.

"People of Titania, and in particular those of Stocklin, though the content of this message is for everyone, of course. It has only been a few days since I have been drafted into this role of Interim Amera in the wake of my predecessor's resignation, though I apologises for this message having taken this long. Lots of paperwork, you see." *cough* (the cough is not recorded on the printed version)

"Undoubtedly questions are going to be raised regarding the previous Amera's policies and projects, will I follow them or cut them off in the hope that I can distinguish myself. I am announcing... a little of both. And some of neither. First off, the space program. Due to the discovery of this barrier above Titania, I am reducing the funding to the space program. Until we have a solid way of getting through it, it is a drain on our valuable resources. That is not to say that I am totally cutting funding, far from it. However, its resources would likely be better spent investigating this barrier above us, and that is what I hope it will continue to do."

"In the coming days I also hope to set up several new grant funds for specific projects, and I hope there are those in the scientific community who will look to these and take up the challenges of research, bringing us further into our own future, making advances in those areas that will better our great city, Titania."

"To yet further this aim, after consultation with Amera Petakova, I have decided to launch a competition similar to his Magic Fair, a Science Fair - the time to be arranged so as not to clash with the Magic Fair, for those curious enough to wish to attend both. As with the Magic Fair, prizes will be offered to the most useful, ingenious, and bizarre uses of science. Rules will be announced in the coming days."

"I believe I have waxed on enough. Thank you for your time. Goodnight."
