Mysterious Movement for Democracy in Stocklin

Article: Overnight, a number of posters preaching democracy in Stocklin have gone up across the city. So far, they have been found in several lower-income neighborhoods within Stocklin itself, on a tree in Glasswater, and in the Artist's Alley within the Arcology.

All of the posters are the same; they depict a working-class man in plain clothing and a well-dressed man in a labcoat holding a torch together up high, a Gray Owl flying overhead. "Together we step forward to a democratic future", the top of these posters read; below, it states "Stocklin is the jewel of Titania, the modern heart of the city. But still one modernization awaits us: that of democratization."

It is unknown if the posters are the work of an ideological movement or a single individual. Citizens who may have seen the vandalist at work are asked to report any information to the Titania Militia. Posters should not be removed by passers-by, but reported so that they can be confiscated as evidence.
