The Infiltration, Reconnaissance, and Investigation Service, colloquially called the Spooks.

IRIS is a special agency beholden technically only to the Amera's office. Its members are experts at disguise, intrigue and acting; scuttlebutt says that IRIS has a man in every gang of Titania's underworld consortium. Just who it has where, however, is information strictly kept on a need-to-know basis from everyone but the Haptas and Amera themselves.

IRIS agents usually have cover jobs and identities rather than working for the agency in plain sight, but some functionaries within the organization - primarily those who handle liaising with the Militia and Internal Affairs matters - are openly members.
