Article: Yesterday evening, medical doctors announced that the culprit of the recent kidnapping on the Greenway will survive his injuries. After DNA testing, his identity has also been revealed: Eugene M. Thorpes, 29.

Thorpes arrived at Mailin Hospital on Saturday, the 2nd of Sif, badly burned and in critical condition after having set fire to a deserted hotel in Petakova's business district. Thorpes's motives, both in kidnapping Thomas Walker and in laying traps within the building in which the Walker boy was rescued, remain unclear. His behavior suggests extreme psychosis.
