The terror of the Carinac Sea, the Carinac dragon is one of the top predators encountered by the people of Titania, with no natural predators in its watery home but the roc that sometimes picks it for its own meal.

Physical Description
The Carinac dragon looks much as its name would have one believe. It is a reptiloid species, twenty feet in length and sinuous as a snake. Two sail-like fins sit upon its back, and near its triangular head are a pair of double-jointed arms with four clawed fingers each, for grasping pray. Its eyes are large and yellow, teeth interlocking canines.
Magical Properties
The dragon has the capability to cast simple illusions, since it is not capable of thinking of the most complex. These illusions include a very stagnant fog, and a number of imperfect replicas of itself, to confuse its prey.
Habitat
The dragon lives in the deeper waters of the Carinac Sea. It usually does not appear near Titania itself, as the water is too shallow for it most of the time. Most encounters are among the rocky islands to the south, where the dragons live in family groups of up to ten members each.
Danger Level
Very high. The dragon is not venomous, but it has powerful fangs and a constrictor ability, as well as its illusions making it difficult to counter. On top of this, it is almost never alone.
