Continuing the recent wave of unrest sweeping the city, a fire broke out in the Arcology last night- and eyewitnesses are calling it arson of a magical sort.

Though the Titania Militia has refused to comment as of this time, several individuals report a spontaneous fire breaking out in the Arcology's East Bazaar. More specifically, it assaulted the booth of Jan Ming, a merchant who specializes in marketing Stocklin-crafted gadgets that can still be used around magic to Petakovans. Brave onlookers rushed in to fight the fire, including Amera Petakova and a group of unknown friends, but while they were extinguishing it unseen Celestian Phenomena carved the symbol of a crescent moon into the ground.

The fire roared up again, but with the aid of another Celestian who summoned a strange black creature resembling nothing in nature, it was again defeated. When a suspect made a break for it an unknown militiawoman tackled and arrested her, another brave example of Titania's finest fighting to protect her people.

We believe the woman is in custody at this time, answering for her crimes. However, it remains to be seen if this is the end of cultist law-breaking- and if Petakova will denounce this apparent assault upon cooperation between east and west.
