Amy Adinto is the secondary bartender at Andantino's, the second-in-command of Joshua Olisor. She takes over business when he's not available to. Her personality tends to be surly and money-loving--but friendly enough to those in need, and she's rumored to serve a mean shepherd's pie.

In appearance, Amy is a tall, willowy sort of woman with wiry brown hair she usually keeps tied in a bun at the back of her head. Regarding her history, not much is known--though she's been at Andantino's for some seven or so years now, she's neither as well-known nor as well-liked on Cane Marketas Josh. She also works with Asta Tetriani, the cook at Andantino's.
